Can I change my shipping address after submitting my order?

Can I track my order?

Customers can track their order using the Tracking ID provided by us in your shipment confirmation. NOTE: Ireland & UK Shipments take 1-2 days and require a signature on delivery

Do I get taxed outside of the EU?

For orders from outside The European Union Tax Region, 23% will be deducted from the prices displayed on this Website at Checkout

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return something for an exchange or refund?

At Moville Clothing Ltd, we aim to bring you the highest quality shirts and expertise.  We are so confident in the quality of our shirts, we offer a full month guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return the item with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase*.

Please ensure you include a small note detailing the request with the returned package.

UK Returns should be sent to Returns/Exchanges Dept., Moville Clothing, 23 Grangemore Park, Derry-Londonderry, BT48 0RY (Use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery)

Rest of the World Returns please send returns to Returns/Exchanges Dept., Moville Clothing, Glencrow, Moville, Co. Donegal, Ireland.

If possible please make sure the items are securely packaged and that the address label covers over any previous address details on the box.

Returning an item via your local postal service is at your own cost. In all cases we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

*Sales items must be returned within 14 days of purchase

* Customised Items/Embroidered Items/Made to Measure items are non-refunandable

How long will my refund take to be processed?

We will notify you when we have received the returned items and we will endeavour to process refunds within 5 working days.  This may take longer depending on your payment provider.

Can I return items bought with a Gift Card?

Yes.  Your order will be refunded on the original payment Gift Card.  If you paid using a combination of a gift card and credit/debit card, we will refund the gift card amount onto the original Gift Card and the remainder onto your original payment card.

Re-Stocking Fees for Outsize Garments

Any Shirts ordered that are bigger than a 18" neck, and are thus returned for a refund. A Re-stocking Fee of 55% will be applied to the refund.

NOTE: Made to measure and customised garments are Non-Refundable

Please note, Customer who order Womens' Shirts need to make sure they choose from our Size Tables, as there will be a 25% Re-stocking Fee, as these are made to order. If you have any concerns about sizes, please email us on helpme@movilleclothing.com

Do you have any tips on how to wash and care for my Moville Clothing shirt?

We recommend a machine wash of 40 Degrees Celcius or below for ANY of our 100% Cotton Shirts.

We recommend a machine wash of 50 Degrees Celcius or Below for ANY of our Polycotton Mix Shirts.

What size is the White Collar Tab Insert for Clergy Shirts

The actual length of the Clergy Tab is 23cm. The height of the tab is 3cm. NOTE: We can make collars suited for smaller inserts if requested and we can make the viewable space of the collar insert smaller or wider if requested. Feel free to email joe@movilleclothing.com
